Protein is good and I’ve been using a powder supplement to help with recovery from workouts.
What do you use for a powder?
Its “Whey to go” by Solgar. Mix it with my milk, juices, water. From the research it seems to contain what I am looking for.
No whey!
But its the whey to go for me, lol.
