Do you exercise? Do tend to stick earbuds in your ears and turn on a soundtrack to your life as soon as the spandex goes on? This little article mirrors my own story and offers a good perspective on ditching the earbuds.
I used to have a soundtrack to my exercise life. Running – soundtrack, biking – soundtrack, lifting weights – soundtrack. The main reason I gave up on having a soundtrack to my exercise is when I race in triathlons, having earbuds is an automatic disqualification. I figured, if I can’t race with them, might as well get used to training without them.
This is very good one! probably my favorite! I am happy I read this 🙂
so, does this mean, you don’t wear them any longer?

I haven’t worn headphones/earbuds for a while – 18 months or more maybe. When I restarted my fitness journey they were very helpful particularly with running.
Ah, okay! so it has been quite a while with you! That is awesome! definitely something people who workout should try – experiment with the idea of not having constant music in your ears
Agreed but I try not to judge.
Thanks for the affirmation and I’m glad you liked it.
